Dodson cemetery is located in Jackson County in northeast Alabama in the Limrock community,
due west of Scottsboro, east of Huntsville, northeast of Woodville.
It is incorrectly listed by the USGS as "Dotson Cemetery".

Directions:
From Scottsboro, take Highway 35 west.
Turn right at "Gentle Store - General Merchandise, Limrock AL, est. 1881" onto County Road 119.
Turn left at the Limrock United Methodist Church onto County Road 30. Turn right onto County Road 80.

From Woodville, take Highway 35 east.
Turn left onto County Road 30. Turn right at the "T". Turn left onto County Road 80.

A large horizontally-angled memorial inscribed in grey granite, set in concrete and stone, reads:
