The way of the universe is
to take from the wealthy
and give to the poor.
The way of humanity is
to take from the poor
and give to the wealthy.

There is only one way that a person can have so much
that there is enough to give to poor and wealthy alike.
How?
By following the way,
directing but never with force,
accomplishing but never praised,
better than others
but unknown.

meditation -- emptying the mind of all thoughts, being in the present

tai chi -- patterning the body to flow with rather than against

the eightfold path -- true beliefs, true thoughts, true speech, true practice, true vocation, true effort, true attention, true concentration

psychedelic drugs -- opening the mind to other possibilities beyond our physical and mental control and mundane experience

solitude -- practicing both godlessness and complete godhood, lack of control and complete control

community -- being a human animal, communicating with other atheists

dreamwork -- playing with the images that our subconscious generates, working with them to discover their meanings

therapy -- becoming conscious of our motivations and ways of interpreting our interactions with others
